Jeremiah 10:12
“But God made the earth by His power; He founded the world by his wisdom and stretched out the heavens by his understanding.”
God crafted this Earth, in all of its magnitude. That’s power. We are still discovering new aspects of this huge playground every day. We feel power when we create something. Imagine the exhilaration the Creator must feel when designing the intricacies of the Earth. It may have been a bit stressful too. But that could just be my human brain projecting stress onto a perfect process. Nonetheless, to create an entire Earth is unimaginably powerful. And to think, it’s just one planet in the solar system. One solar system in the galaxy. One galaxy in the cluster of galaxies. So on and so forth.
God is the founder of the known (and unknown) world. The wisdom integrated into this world has a magnitude of its own that’s greater than any wisdom that the human brain can contain. God’s Wisdom is the cause of natural processes in life. The way the lion chases the gazelle for a meal. The way some gazelles get away. The way the vultures come to scavenge the scraps after the lion’s belly is full. I’m sure the vulture poops as well. That poop probably decomposes and feeds back into the earth, fertilizing the soil. That soil will soak up rain and grow the plants that feed the gazelle. This is just one measly example of how wise God’s design is, on Earth.
His understanding manifests as the heavens. Angels and all alike. They are embodiments of His divine understanding, along with the natural systems that permeate the heavens. His understanding is so divine that there’s an entire upper level dedicated to it. Most of us strive to reach union with this upper level. Through harmony, we transcend our human understanding of ourselves and the life that flows around us and through us, into union with the way that God views life. This is often a lifelong process. This entire process is creatively crafted.
